Girls Gone Social

About the club.

— Our mission

Wellness is better together.

We believe the quality of your life is determined by the quality of your connections.

And while the pursuit of becoming our happiest, healthiest selves is often treated as an individual journey, we believe the most fulfilling lives are built together.

Girls Gone Social is a global women’s wellness community redefining what it means to connect. Through thoughtfully curated experiences at the intersection of wellness, culture, and lifestyle, we bring women into spaces that inspire them to step outside the familiar, embrace new experiences, and find their people.

Because a life well lived isn’t just about what you do. It’s about who you share it with.

— What we value

Three things every time.

01

Move

Every event has a body in it — a class, a walk, a run, a stretch.

02

Nourish

Something to eat or drink, always shared, never an afterthought.

03

Connect

The part most wellness leaves out. Here it's built into the plan.

— Who started it

Nicole & Adriana

Nicole

Nicole started Girls Gone Social because she kept meeting women who were tired of wellness that felt like a test. She wanted a room where showing up is enough — where someone knows your name, saves your spot on the mat, and makes sure you leave feeling lighter than you came. She measures every event by one question: did it feel good for her? If the answer isn't yes, it isn't finished.

Adriana

Adriana is the one thinking about the ten seconds after a woman walks in alone — the moment she's deciding whether she belongs here. So she builds for that: the playlist, the bag waiting with her name on it, the person at the door who actually sees her. Nothing about the club is meant to be impressive. It's meant to restore you.

Find your people.

One event is enough to know if it's for you.
